Staff Council serves as an integral part of the University organizational structure to provide a liaison between the President's Office and staff. The Council promotes and endeavors to enhance the status of Texas State staff. Staff Council encourages the contribution of staff expertise in achieving University goals. Peers elect Council members in their respective job classifications.

Nominations will be accepted Monday, May 12 – Friday, May 23, 2008
Staff can nominate as many staff members as they choose from any position Category. Staff can also self-nominate.
Voting will be June 2 – June 13, 2008
Staff will be able to view and vote for people within their own categories only (ie. an Administrative Assistant can only vote for person nominated in the Secretarial/Clerical category).
